The 6 Week Challenge is a health and wellness program designed by Highlow Fitness North Shore.
The program allows its participants to set a goal and work towards achieving it within a 6 week block.
Designed and tailored for all fitness levels and abilities. Receive all the guidance and tools you need throughout the challenge. Your very own personalised program ensures a successful completion of the program.

All levels and abilities
There’s no need to worry about joining our 6 week challenge if you aren’t fit enough. This program is designed to get you started!
If you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym visitor this program is for all. All fitness levels and all abilities. Our trainers can set exercises within the class from easy to difficult should you need the extra challenge!
Build confidence
During the 6 week challenge our trainers are there to guide you through the 6 week block. Before the program commences we’ll sit down with you one-on-one and go through your goals and help build a program around them.
As you progress through the weeks our trainers will be there every step of the way to answer any questions, provide nutrition advice and to explain any exercises.
